Shipping & Handling

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the geography. 

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-4 days. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for our items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination, which typically takes 4-5days, although actual shipping times may vary. 

Delivery Time:

Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 6 business days
  • Expedited Delivery: 4 to 5 business days

Please note that the above delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, natural disasters, customs delays (for international shipments), or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will notify you with any available tracking information.

International Delivery
For international orders, the delivery time may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Typical international delivery times range from 2 to 3 weeks. Customs delays and import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information (if available) to track your delivery's progress. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available after shipment, and updates can take 24–48 hours.

Incorrect Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to pay for reshipping costs.

Delivery Issues
In the event that your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, or if you experience any issues with delivery, please contact our customer service team at info@zefe.in

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time (link to tracking page). Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee in call cases.
